Mend Sime super 90 Water Demand Replaced

Sime super 90 hot water problem?

I have a Sime super 90 and the over temp is tripping when there is hot water demand. I replaced the diverter valve e about 3 years ago, it seems to be working as withe gas turned off the diverter valve switch is clicking when you turn on the hot tap
