Mend Sime Super 90 Water Boiler Fan Problem

no hot water?

my sime super 90 boiler recently had a new fan fitted which repaired the boiler problem , but now my hot water is very erratic it is hot for about 20 seconds then goes cold, I have been advised that my dhw thermistor might be the culprit ,can anyone confirm this please?
