Mend Worcester Bosch 28CDI Water 28

Worcester Bosch 28cdi vents water?

My 28 CDI vents water through the over pressure valve. I have replaced the valve but it still keeps venting especially with the CH demand. I haven't noticed the system pressure rise above 2 bar with the system operating. Everything else works fine.

It is the expansion vessel which may either need recharged to 12 psi or far more likely it needs replaced
