No hot water on demand- only when C/H is turned on. Replaced the diaphragm (which had a hole in it). Now the boiler fires up on demand but the DHW is only luke warm at best. Any thoughts on next stage?
I've got exactly same problem. Intially the DHW does not fire up, after I replace the diapharam, it worked for one day and now become lukewarm. Can it be that we replace the diapharam not in the correct way? I'd like to see anyone here can help us out?

I have the same problem with the exactly same model. Initially the DHW does not fire up. After I replaced the diaphram, it worked perfectly for one day. Afterwards, the firing is still doing perfect, but the water becomes lukewarm. I am interested to see anyone have any suggestion or answer here.
