Mend Peugeot 807 HDI Start Straight

engine keeps cutting out while driving?

engine keeps cutting out on my peugeot 807 hdi 7 seater mpv.it does start up straight away after switching off and restarting.there is no set pattern it cuts out anywhere even on motorway but mostly happens when changing gears.could it be diesel solonoid? please help.
