water heater unit getting realy hot the 4 pin grouped unit?

HELP ..... WATER HEATER UNIT GETTING HOT VERY....
nothing registring on dash but blower working but not getting hot help ....

It's a van of some sort..

It's possible that he tells of the engine/radiator getting very warm but there being no dashboard indication of this.

He also seems to report the vehicle's heater only blowing cold air - no hot.
