in my view for what it worth guys,we always put the business name on the panel,unless they ask for our name,its their system,only right its their name on the display,and if any one out there thinks am wrong,i dont give a toss :-)

Well, yes nothing in some cases.
Remember some do not have the facility.
But any decent company or individual would.
A cheap fitted system..................nah.

Ask them
You cannot do it.
They may argue it is how you contact them. As you are probably under contract, it is your system unless its rented but they should do as you ask and its not unheard of to have the family name or your company name put in. Ask on the next service visit, unless they can dial into it.
