how to fix door on F & P nautilus?

Very common problem on this model. Turn power off at wall. Then remove lower panel below door (screw each end vertically with phillips head) then remove inner lower panel - just pull earth wire off pin. You will see springs each side. Usually only one side broken but buy & replace both. Remove screw holding side panel & pull side outward to give you more access. Pair of long nose pliers are handy to remove & put springs on. Remember to reattach earth wire when putting panels back on.
