Mend Boiler Pressure Heating

oil fired boiler keeps tripping?

Hi,
the pressure in my boiler went up to 3 and caused the main fuse to trip. I have reduced the pressure to 1 but it keeps tripping the main fuse as soon as I switch the isolator switch on. Any thoughts on the cause, please
