what does E04 mean on my washer?

i have a washer dryer model WD9616C-80 that is just over 14 months old i put it on a cycle and it didnt fill with any water just made some noise and after a minute or so the display showed E04 i have replaced the solenoid valve and that has not helped just want some more tips before i give up

Sounds like a problem with the pressostat the machine thinks it's full of water and is trying to empty.hope this helps
