Hi my keydab has stopes showing time and date the power bulb is lit but the day and tamper bulb remains off,the user manual does not help do I know how I fix it.

That would only cause him more problems and the +[BATTERY]- (primary fault) still remains.

u could also try to reset the whole system but it will require u to reprogram the whole alarm so i would try the helpline first

At a guess you need a new battery,and a service wouldn't go a miss either,
