DHW problem on vokera 96e?

hi when running the shower every now and again the shower runs cold for about 30 seconds then back warm ?

Hot water heat exchanger is blocked, need clean with sprit of salt,thats first to fault,it might diverter valve more likely not,also NTC is dirty not sensor temp level
