Mend Electrolux EDB710 Bottom Oven Work

Electrolux EDB710 Bottom oven?

The bottom oven on the oven doesnt work, I have changed the ring element behind the rear panel with no difference. The top oven works fine but when the operation knob is turned on the bottom oven the knob is turning the operation spindle but the little red light does not light up. Not heat at all. Christmas is coming so wife says it has to be fixed?
