Mend Creda Europa Solar Plus Oven Work Model

i bought a creda europa solar plus electric oven. lower oven does not work?

This is a 1990 model I bought in london. Used sparingly say about twice a month. Now the bottom oven dose not heat. What can I do? can I find a model number and spares?

the heating element in the lower oven might be gone" you will need to take it out and replace it, do this with all the power off, take the element to a good hardware store for a new one, and replace it, take a phot of the wireing at the element before you take it out,
