Mend Hoover OPH147 Washing Machine Stuck

how can I stop the delay start on my Hoover Optima OPH147?

I have just been given this washing machine and put it on to rinse it out as it has been in a garage for a while and it has got stuck on delay start for 9 hours I can't take it off.. Would really appreciate if somebody could help me
