door on hoover washing machine not open?

i have a hoover auto was wash 1400 new wave plus 5 washing machine. istarted a washing cycle and it has got stuck so that i cannot open the door. how do i open the door

Hoover Hoover Auto Wash 1400 New Wave Plus 5 Household Appliances, Washing Machines Washing Open Wash

The reason the door won't open is that it still has water in it take the drain pipe and lower it into the bucket and drain as much as you can the door should open
The reason the water has not drained is may be that pump is blocked
