Hue change?

how can you change the colour of my strobe?

at the moment the strobe is red, but my last alarm bell box strobe was blue which I preferred.It's a veritas alarm but not sure what make the bell box is,it's triangular in shape.

do I change the bell box or can i simply change the strobe bulb?
