Mend Beko W5100W Washing Machine Drum

My beko w5100w washing machine fills with water but then does nothing?

My beko washing machine will fill with water at the start of any cycle but then nothing else happens. the drum doesnt turn. Eventually I have to cancel the program, wait for it to drain and then remove the wet clothes.
