Mend Beko 38AW Hot Dryer Time

38AW getting hot at front panel?

My dryer occasionally gets very hot on the lower front panel and at the same time has metallic grinding noise,stripped m/c and front and rear bearing pads look worn, do i need to replace rear felt at the same time as this is in 2 pieces and is it available?

felt at back stops fluff filling cabinet and setting fire.parts are available.think you have to glue rear felt??
