acorn has kindly given you a listing of all the fuses contained within your panel, check them all.

as a matter of interest have you had any work done prior to this fault, workmen in,carpets fitted etc ?.I ask because the fault suggests there's a blown F2 (AUX) fuse, these fuses don't under normal circumstances fail,unless the wiring has been damaged in some way.

Fuse Description Rating
F1 Battery 1 Amp
F2 Auxiliary 12V and Speaker 500mA
F3 Bell and Strobe 1 Amp
F4 Keypad Network 500mA
F5 Power Supply 1.6 Amp

The only way to check these fuses is with a meter, NOT by looking at them.
