Mend Kenwood KDW243A Start Machine Draining

kenwood kdw243a will not start?

Had an E4 fault on the machine which i've cleared by draining the sump. The problem now is that the machine will not allow me to start it up the program LEDs light up but when the program button is pressed nothing happens & the time stay at 20.
