Washing m/c Simpson Esprit 600 top loader not cleaning/ draining well?

Washing m/c Simpson Esprit 600 top loader not cleaning/ draining well.
The previous two times the load got imbalanced and got stuck a couple time during the washing cycle.
Now the washing machine is not cleaning and not draining well - When I remove the load, the powder is still at the bottom! the clothes still have the lint, not clean enough and some water is still there. The dial shows a completed wash cycle.
Please let me know how to fix it or how to get it fixed... Many thanks and Regards,
