Mend Ford Transit 350 Diesel Gear

transit 350 minibus 2500cc diesel?

I have problems with 4th gear it goes in then jumps out. at times goes in and stays in untill the engin slows down then jumps out again. ive looked for cables but cannot see any under the bus ..... and solution... besides a new gear box

Ford Ford Transit 350 Vehicles, Vans Transit Diesel Gear

there are no cables on these boxes,it sounds like a synchro hub in the g/box,either put up with it or get an exchange box.
