transit connect tddi 2004? diesel in oil?

Hi, my connect tddi, is filling the sump with diesel fuel,I have replaced the bosch pump drive shaft seal, its also very flat when driving, it dumps about 10-15 litres of diesel into the oil in about 20 miles, the engine then goes into runaway mode, and can only be stopped by stalling in 5th gear, there is no smoke from exhaust until it goes into runaway mode.
