fault 37 on fischer and paykel washing machine?

Take as much water out by hand as possible using a jug or container. Tip machine back against wall and look under at front right corner of the drum. Try spinning the pump fan by hand a few times & see if it comes free. Stand machine up & put power on & advance to final spin & press start. See if it will drain last of water out. Then tip it back again & remove pump to check if clear. If it wont come free then best to try & get machine outside & then remove pump & let the water drop out on the ground. Make sure pump & wiring are dry when you put it back.
