Mend HP C5280 Orange Light Screen

how do i fix my hp photosmart C5280 printer?

the orange light is flashing and the screen says "print cartridges" refer to printer documentation. i have and nothing happens i have renewed inks , put old ones back in cleaned contacts , checked for paper stuck but nothing?
