it sounds like you do not have a paper jam any longer, correct? I mean when you try to print does it pop up on the screen that there is a jam? What I think the problem is, is that the printer put everything you asked it to do , on hold. So you need to go into your control panel, click on printers and scanners, once you see your printer, right click properties. depending on your operating system, you should see a cancel all documents. click on it . once everything is all clear then try to print again
