I keep getting error "burg z07 alarm back door" when setting alarm?

How do I reset this to ensure this sensor on door works.

Yep does sound like a sticky reed :)

Try tapping it GENTLY with screwdriver handle,tap it several x and if the circuit closes then you can set the system,

Better off replacing the reed though cos it's likely to stick again.
