Insignia Port. DVD Player turns on but displays streaks after loading DVD?
We have an Insignia Portable DVD player that quit loading the DVD. I was advised to clean the eye with rubbing alcohol and cotton swab. I did this. Now it begins to load the DVD and shows streaks across the screen and then goes black. What is the next thing I should try?
