Mend Accenta 8 Alarm Strobe Tamper

Accenta 8 - Unable to set?

The panel is green and when i enter the code to set the lights for Zone 1 3 4 5 light up and the sound is continous high/Low beeps (bit like a police - dee-doo-dee-doo lol) Not theusual beep , beep , beep you hear when you succesfully set the alarm.
The last night the Strobe light was flashing without any sound and the Alarm has been activated twice with the tamper light showing and as sods law would have it at 2am in the morning so as you can apprectaite the neighbours love me I live in Edgbaston. Any Advice.

Cheers dave the fuse appears to be ok. I also checked the main panel then I cleaned all the PIRS and door contacts making sure no webs or spiders etc. and that seems to have done the trick.
As the tamper has gone off a couple of times without reason Should i be looking at changing the backup battery - Its been in their for 4-5yrs at least?
