Mend AEG Spin Error Reset Machine

Aeg 86720 will not spin, how do i fix it?

Recently i got a code c9 error, i replaced the brushed and reset the machine. The drum spins normally up until it reaches the spin part of the wash, At this point the motor makes all the noice of a machine spining but the drum slows down to a crawl. how do i fix this? please help
