Motor brushes are fine (checked against new ones - hardly any wear).
Error Code E30 --- this is supposed to indicate a motor / brushes fault - but the motor does drive the drum for a short while (20 sec), then the E30 error code comes up on the display and an error beep is heard. The machine stops at that point.
error code E30 is a pump problem. my machine has been back a few times with this problem. ( was under guarantee and had no manual to say what E30 meant but was told a babys sock had blocked the pump.), check for blockages and check the pump.
