Mend Peugeot 307 Plate Car

peugeot 307 estate SE edition 03 plate?

Hi can anyone help. When I open my car boot I have to hold it up as it won't stay up on its own any more. Does anyone know whats happened and how to fix it ?

Replace both at the same time. Get someone to hold the tailgate up while you change them, and use a length of sturdy wood to take the weight. Be careful.

the boot stays have lost gas and gone weak.may need one or both get a pair from breakers as they are not cheap new
