Maytag MAH4000AWW repair?

Purchased in June 2000, motor control replaced in October 2000, due to machine shutting down when reaching spin cycle. No problems since. The door locked light does not come on, washer does not spin. I have replaced the motor and control board with the conversion kit, and I 've replaced the wax motor and the spin enable switch. The door locked light still does not come on and the machine still does not spin. The wax motor appears to be getting about 8 volts instead of 120, alas, I don't have any schematics or service manual and don't know hat to check next. Note that the control board I removed does not have any visible damage, including the infamous R11. Any help would be greatly appreeciated
