bosch double oven remains on all the time?

My Bosch double oven remains on all the the fan remains on but oven does not heat up. Top oven and grill work fine. Oven comens when you set the clock

Sounds like element blown and welded the switch contact if it is old oven, or blown the electronic unit if newer type oven ( Model no always helps us to diagnose and know which oven you have in the 50 plus years of Bosh oven models) Cheers
