Mend Neff U1422 Oven Fuse Element

Neff oven blows fuse?

Hi My Neff u1422 oven trips the fues every time it is turned to heat. Have replaced the element, still does it. It started doing this when set to Aquaclean. All other functions work well,oven light and grill +top oven.
If I check fan motor, cooling fan motor and thermostat what resistance readings might be expected to identify fault.

Engineer says fuse blown by
lower element burning out. But element only just over 2 years old, the breaker didn`t trip, and the cooking results have been always been excellent.
Did not show condition element
The induction hob is fine

Have found the problem, It's another element in the bottom of the oven for the aquacleanse function. When this is isolated the oven works as it should. Spare costs £41 so will do without this cleaning function.

It trips the circuit breaker in the main distribution box. This will reset but trips as soon as the oven is turned to heat setting again.

is it blowing the fuse OR is it tripping the trip??.2 totally different faults which will end up with no supply to cooker
