Mend Belling Oven Time

Belling Oven - should it be on auto?

Had a powercut, I have tried pressing the 2 buttons that appear first which is a time sign and cooker sign plus the + / _ button but still no heat, the grill works fine. Should the display say auto or not. Really appreciate some help?
