Broken Twyford Dual Flush Button?

The flush buttons on one of my toilets are really low into the fitting (excuse the pun but they are not 'flush' or raised in their fitting as my other toilets are) and don't seem to flush properly.

I can't find spare fittings anywhere as I don't know what 'design' the system is and I think, judging by the flushes on the Twyford website, that it might be discontinued - please help, what can I do?
