Mend Twyford ES2109 DL5 Toilet Replacement Cistern

Where can I buy twyford low level cistern No:ES2109 DL5 Post code?

I know it's not possible to buy just the lid but we move house in 2 weeks and I dropped a glass jar onto the lid and broke it - just want a cistern and lid to replace it! Any help appreciated....thanks
