Mend SL8 Control System Changed

SL8 Intruder Alarm Control System code fault?

the code has been changed as per instructions for a new one but the new code does not respond nor the old code - help any ideas?

Try defaults, do a search for manual, reset unit to default, usually done by disconnecting fully, mains and battery. shorting some pins out on cct board for a few seconds. But get manual, it will tell you. sets all to default values, quite often '1234'
