alarm code reset number?

i have an veritas r8 plus alarm system
i cut through the wires but have repaired that it blew a fuse on the control board we have changed that, but we can no longer set the system. the system seems to be working ok , is there a factory code setting so that we can reset the alarm, to change the fuse we had to switch off the mains supply and disconnect the internal battery,prior to replacing the fuse the room sensors were not working but having replaced it they are now working fine.
