Mend Fisher & Paykel DS701 Dishwasher Repair

How can I fix the top draw as it is sticking?

Hi,
My fisher and pay keel dishwasher top draw is hard to pull out and push in, I have had the draw out and can't see anything trapping it, although the plate on the roof is loose, should it be loose?
Any help would be great fully received.
