Mend Thing Open Drawer

the FI thing, tried all the great advice but I can't even open the Drawer?

the nautilus, tried all the advice, 45 degree tip, switch on and off, but how do you get this drawer out to begin with!

The F&P Nautilus is a cabinet dishwasher with a door. It does not have a drawer to open. If it is a dish drawer then F1 is not always caused by a flood switch operating following a leak. It can also be shown if power fails to the bottom drawer which may also explain why you can't open the drawer. That would be caused by either the heater plate or the control board is damaged. Get someone out to check and repair it.
