How do you get the top off a Hotpoint WT960 washing machine?

How do you get the top off a Hotpoint WT960 washing machine? I need to get inside as the maching makes a lot of noise when turning as though it is unbalanced in some way.

Remove the two torx headed screws on the top rear panel, ( one at either side),

once removed,use the palm of your hand and hit the top from the front,

the top will slide towards the rear of the machine and out of the front locators.

take the back off, and turn the drum to see whats oging on, you dont need the top off, too much work anyway,,
