my peugeot 206 will not start?

my peugeot 206 will not start, it showing 'eco' on the dash board when i turn the key, what can it be, can anyone help please?

I was driving my car the radio went off first then the window wipers started going. when i stopped it wouldnt start again. i couldnt even lock the car and had ti use the key please help me.

you will have to plug it into a code reader to check what the problem is .not sure that it showing eco will stop it starting they often show this when ing is on checking lights and things
