how can i stop my left hamd indicator from staying on even wen keys out of ?

peugeot 206 1.0L on a w reg the left hand indicator is constantly staying on and i cant turn it off both front and back are illuminated and illerstration on dash is also on constant. i have disconnected battery and left but when i reconnect it is still happening can you help me please ???
