Mend Nissan Note Lock Door Drivers

my nissan note makes a grinding noise when I lock the door?

My drivers door lock makes a grinding noise when locked & several times it has opened when the door has been closed when I was driving. I had it repaired but the noise came back again etc., . How can this be repaired ?
