Mend Ford Mk3 Mondeo Central Locking

Mondeo Mk3 central locking ??

Hi can anybody help i have a mk3 mondeo
when i lock it with the remote it unlocks again lock it manual it works fine use the remote to unlock the drivers door stays locked. use the key to unlock manual all doors unlock
any help will be greatful

The first thing to do is lubricate the linkage inside the doors. Remember that the automatic part is just a servo trying to move a push pull rod, so if it is stiff it will refuse to move. When you manually unlock you can overpower the stiffness in the mechanism.
