Mend Heating Boss BPS242RS Boiler System Stopped

heating boss bps242rs?

this unit has been working Ok but suddenly has stopped and seems that it wont communicate with the boiler - out of the blue. I have tried turning off and on, resetting, changing batteries - no luck. Its only 6 weeks old - any ideas
