Mend Vaillant turbo max 342/282 Heating Plumber Radiators

boiler water empty?

Hi,I have a vailant turbo max 342/282. Tha boiler is working heating water and radiators but the water system is empty and when i try to add water in the usual way it comes out of the overflow. i have stopped using the boiler. can i fix it or do I need plummer? Thankyou Jean
